FrameLA tenants enjoy exclusive access to our communal lounge and deck! These spaces are perfect for small gatherings and may only be reserved for non-commercial, not-for-profit activities.

Reservation Guidelines

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Available times: Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM. Large gatherings are not permitted during the week.
• Reservations are not available on major holidays (Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s Eve, etc.), as the communal areas are open for all residents to enjoy.
• Requests can be made by emailing admin@frame.la or by sending a calendar event request to the same address.

Please include the following in your request:

• Date, start time, and end time (maximum of 6 hours)
• Type of event
• Guest count
• Renter name and unit number

A rental usage agreement will then be sent to you via your tenant portal for completion and signature.
